Job Requirements
- At least 2 years multi-unit supervisory experience in the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry
- Good oral/written communication, analytical/decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Strong ethical values
- P/L and cost management skills
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direct supervision of multiple restaurants
- Ensure Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) meet or exceed their annual goals by actively engaging in the coaching and direction of junior management on a day-to-day basis
- Maintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications
- Introduce and reinforce new company products and initiatives
- Select, train, develop and motivate junior management
- Respond to immediate or severe customer service needs
- Role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant
