Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing equipment.
Inspect the building and equipment to identify and address issues that may affect the safety or functionality of the restaurant.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to the building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance room and equipment storage area.
Perform regular safety checks and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency lights.
Communicate with the Restaurant Manager and other team members regarding maintenance needs and repairs.
Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
Must have own transportation.
