What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities
As a Food Champion, you'll bring energy to every shift and help create unforgettable guest experiences.
- Prepare Taco Bell menu items with speed, precision, and pride
- Follow food safety standards, portioning guidelines, and quality procedures
- Keep kitchen stations and prep areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support your team during rushes, helping wherever needed
- Unload deliveries, rotate inventory, and maintain proper stock levels
- Take ownership of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with OSHA and company standards
- Step up as a team player and celebrate the wins-big and small!
Is This You?
We're looking for passionate team members who are ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it.
You'll be a great fit if:
- You're at least 16 years old
- You bring a positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
- You have reliable transportation and strong time management skills
- You're comfortable with physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods)
- You're able to operate a cash register and perform basic math (if needed)
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in a job well done
- You're committed to exceptional customer service and food quality
