About the Job:

The Franchise Fundraising Specialist will work on the Taco Bell Foundation Development & Donor Relations team to manage the Foundation's relationships with the franchise community, implement and execute fundraising programs and engagement tactics that grow revenue and cultivate donor relationships. This position will have accountability in point-of sale (POS) fundraising, franchisee relationship management, and stewardship efforts.

This position requires a collaborative individual with strong written and verbal communication skills who is passionate about creating high-quality initiatives, cultivating relationships, and taking on challenging opportunities. You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced team environment, developing fundraising initiatives for the Foundation.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of 7-10 influential franchise owners representing a significant share of POS fundraising revenue.
  • Serve as the primary Foundation liaison for assigned owners-leading strategy calls, developing tailored communications and recognition plans, and ensuring alignment with fundraising and community impact goals.
  • Partner with Taco Bell Foundation's Programs & Partnerships team to increase portfolio's engagement in our work, including leading franchise calls during Community Grants period and Live Mas Scholarship application/awards season.
  • Travel to visit franchisees in your portfolio for key moments such as annual conferences, regional business meetings, and other high-impact gatherings - representing the Taco Bell Foundation, presenting fundraising results and opportunities, and inspiring continued growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Franchise Consultants and Field Leadership to align strategies, share insights, and identify opportunities to strengthen fundraising performance in the field.
  • Partner with the Development Manager to identify trends and continuously evolve the Foundation's field engagement approach.
  • Manage the Round Up Rewards program, including planning, execution, creative briefs, forecasting, and franchise communication to incentivize and recognize fundraising performance.
  • Support franchise fundraising and stewardship at events, including the Taco Bell Foundation Golf Classic and FRANMAC Convention.
  • Exemplify the culture of Taco Bell, representing and portraying the Live Más spirit.

Is This You?
  • BA or BS degree in public affairs, nonprofit management, and/or communications
  • 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit marketing/communication, fundraising or restaurant operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organization abilities
  • Proficiency with software platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel periodically for Taco Bell Corporate and Taco Bell Foundation events
  • Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills with a strong ability to flex style based on situation
  • Demonstrated capability in project planning, working to meet specific timelines and deliverables
  • Able to create, manage and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
  • Growing knowledge of key trends and best practices in development, CSR, and point-of-sale fundraising
  • Capacity to think strategically and proactively to develop creative solutions
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team player with a can-do attitude

Salary Range: $80,000 to $87,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
