About the Job:
The Live Más Scholarship Support role assist in the coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Taco Bell Foundation's flagship scholarship initiative. This role assists with scholarship operations, scholar communications, programming logistics, Summer of Connection support, and year-round "Beyond the Money" engagement serving 3,300+ current scholars and alumni. The position collaborates with internal teams, vendors, franchise partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and an exceptional scholar experience. This role reports to and supports the Head of Live Más Scholarship in advancing program goals, innovation, and long-term impact.

The Day-to-Day :
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Live Más Scholarship, including coordination, vendor support, and community management.
- Assist with inbox management by addressing scholar and school inquiries, drafting replies to common questions, and escalating as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in Salesforce, Excel, and other systems to ensure information is organized and up to date.
- Assist with logistics for scholar programming, including webinars, virtual sessions, and in-person gatherings.
- Scholarship and Program Processes
- Support the scholarship disbursement process by monitoring requests, communicating with vendors, schools, and scholars, and providing updates to the Program Head.
- Assist with key components of the annual scholarship cycle, including application launch tasks, review process coordination, and program communications.
- Support the execution and promotion of Beyond the Money resources, workshops, and engagement programming.
- Maintain timelines, checklists, and documentation to ensure smooth and consistent program operations.
- Assist with small pilot initiatives by coordinating logistics, collecting feedback, and organizing learnings to support program improvements.
- Scholar Engagement and Content
- Support scholar engagement through regular communications, updates, and reminders that promote connection and awareness of opportunities.
- Manage Scholar Connect platform activities, including posting updates, sharing resources, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Collect and organize scholar stories, photos, and updates in Salesforce for use in content, spotlights, and reporting.
- Team & Intern Support
- Support coordination, task guidance, and onboarding for interns or temporary program staff as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven team culture.
Is This You?
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Policy, preferred
- At least 2 years of project management and community engagement experience, preferred
- Ability to manage, prioritize and organize responsibilities across multiple projects (often with changing timelines and dependencies)
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills
- Build positive relationship with Foundation team members cross-functionally as thought partners and contribute to stewarding Foundation team culture
- Growing curiosity and understanding of key trends and best practices in youth, philanthropy programming, higher education
- Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint), Google Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Willingness to travel
