Pay Range: $65,000-$70,000 Position Mission: The purpose of this job is to manage the full cycle recruiting process for ARN's operations and corporate positions. This role will partner directly with hiring managers to assess their staffing needs, identify sourcing methods, screen candidates and facilitate the interview through hire process with all candidates.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Posts, manages, and sources open positions for the ARN corporate office and prioritize searches per business needs.
  • Sources candidates to generate qualified candidates through various sources (e.g., social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
  • Build a network of passive candidates for future positions.
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate specs
  • Serve as the brand ambassador to recruit for talent at off-site locations (e.g., schools, workforce centers, community events, etc.) as needed.
  • Screens resumes, schedules interviews and conducts phone screens for open positions.
  • Conducts staffing calls with hiring managers to expedite the interview/selection process for candidates currently in process.
  • Maintains accurate candidate tracking spreadsheets as needed to monitor open positions.
  • Keeps hiring manager apprised of status of sourcing efforts on a timely basis.
  • Acts as subject matter expert in sourcing techniques and strategies to include professional networks, social networks, key associations, and industry specific directories.
  • Assists recruiting manager and CHRO in the development of recruitment and retention materials, metrics, and programs to streamline recruiting productivity.
  • Meets deadlines consistently.
  • Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in preferred (or equivalent work experience.)
  • 2 years of experience in high volume recruitment and selection techniques and requirements.
  • 2 years of experience of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics.
  • 2 years of experience of working on a metric-based recruitment team.
  • 2 years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems. Including ability to run reports with applicant tracking systems. Ability to provide analytics from reporting.
  • Strong Verbal and written English Skills, Spanish-speaking a plus
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Medical Insurance - Medical Insurance - Waiting period is 60 days and a first of the month following

  • Sick Leave - Granted per State requirement. 6 days annually
