Pay Range: $19.00- $30.00/Hourly
Position Mission: Support restaurant construction and remodel projects from start to finish by
completing finish carpentry work and contributing to overall project execution across multiple job
sites.
Responsibilities Include:
• Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases,
decking, furniture, etc.
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
• Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
• Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
• Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction
professionals, architects and building code recommendations
• Complete work on new restaurant builds and remodel projects across Colorado, California, New
Mexico, and Oklahoma.
• Assist with installation of lighting, building signage, and restaurant finish elements.
• Completes other repairs as needed.
• Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (required for operating a company vehicle).
• Colorado must serve as the employee's home hub location.
• Experience working in carpentry in the restaurant industry preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in finish carpentry is a must.
• Finish carpentry experience including drywall, wainscot, millwork, and framing preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule as dictated by the needs of the business
• Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment with many interruptions. Attention to
detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for working on difficult projects,
balancing numerous tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
• Works well under pressure and tight timelines
• The ability to work weekends and travel as needed. Travel potentially up to 90%, typically consisting
of two weeks onsite followed by one week at home before returning to the project site.

Physical Demands: This position is not an office-based role and requires work in active commercial
restaurant environments. The employee must be able to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the
workday, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders. The role requires the
ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds, including lifting overhead. Work may be
performed in tight or elevated spaces and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and
operational kitchen conditions.
