Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000

Position Mission: Lead and be responsible for a travelling team of 3 carpenters to complete restaurant

remodels in Colorado, California, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Superintendent is expected to work alongside

the crew performing all construction scopes by GC.

Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and manage construction schedules and adjust for unforeseen conditions.
• Enforce job site safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless site operations.
• Maintain detailed logs, reports, and project.
• Resolve on-site challenges and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
• Completes other repairs as needed.
• Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or

superintendent role.
• Finish carpentry skills including drywall, wainscot, millwork, framing.
• Experience with installation of lighting, building signage, and restaurant finishes.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and manage schedules and workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (required for operating a company vehicle).
• Experience working in carpentry in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule as dictated by the needs of the business
• Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment with many interruptions. Attention to

detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for working on difficult projects,

balancing numerous tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
• Works well under pressure and tight timelines
• The ability to work weekends and travel as needed. Travel potentially up to 90%

Physical Demands:

This position is not an office-based role and requires work in active commercial restaurant environments. The

employee must be able to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday, including frequent

standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders. The role requires the ability to lift, carry, and move

materials weighing up to 75 pounds, including lifting overhead. Work may be performed in tight or elevated

spaces and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and operational kitchen conditions.
