About the Job:
We're seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to join Taco Bell's E3 team. This role serves as a key driver of partnership strategy and integrated campaign development, helping transform talent, brand, licensing, and cultural opportunities into breakthrough marketing programs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, this individual will lead cross-functional planning, partner management, and campaign development across some of Taco Bell's most visible partnerships and cultural initiatives.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategic recommendations, influencing stakeholders, managing partner relationships, and leading complex marketing programs from concept through execution.
The Day-to-Day:
Partnership Strategy & Development
• Experience developing 360° marketing campaigns and activation strategies that span social, PR, media, experiential, digital, loyalty, retail, and in-store channels.
• Demonstrated ability to transform a partnership, or talent opportunity into a fully integrated marketing platform.
• Strong strategic planning capabilities, including campaign architecture, audience development, consumer journey mapping, and measurement planning.
• Ability to identify how individual tactics connect to larger business objectives and brand priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through campaign development, execution planning, and launch.
Integrated Campaign Leadership
• Lead end-to-end planning and development of partnership-driven marketing programs.
• Translate partnership opportunities into fully integrated campaigns across social, PR, media, retail, digital, loyalty, experiential, and in-store channels.
• Drive campaign development from briefing through execution while ensuring alignment across key stakeholder groups.
• Identify opportunities to scale partnerships beyond singular moments into broader brand platforms.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead across cross-functional working teams.
• Align internal stakeholders around objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Lead agency and partner workstreams while ensuring projects remain on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.
• Facilitate decision-making and proactively identify risks, solutions, and opportunities.
Partner & Relationship Management
• Serve as a point of contact for select talent, licensing, and brand partnership relationships.
• Build trusted relationships with agencies, partner organizations, talent representatives, licensors, and external stakeholders.
• Support partnership activation planning in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Program Ownership
• Lead strategic planning and execution of high-visibility partnership programs, talent integrations, and experiential initiatives.
• Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business updates.
• Ensure all programs are delivered with operational excellence and measurable business impact.
Is This You?
• 8+ years of professional experience in integrated marketing, partnerships, entertainment marketing, sports marketing, brand collaborations, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional marketing initiatives and partnership programs from strategy through execution.
• Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across multiple teams and levels of an organization.
• Strong understanding of culture, entertainment, sports, music, fashion, talent, and brand partnership ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience managing external partners, agencies, talent representatives, licensors, and/or brand relationships.
Work-Hard, Play-Hard:
• Hybrid work schedule (onsite expectation Tues, Wed, Thurs) and year-round flex day Friday
• Onsite childcare through Bright Horizons
• Onsite dining center and game room (yes, there is a Taco Bell inside the building)
• Onsite dry cleaning, laundry services, and carwash
• Onsite gym with fitness classes and personal trainer sessions
• Up to 4 weeks of vacation per year plus holidays and time off for volunteering

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
